Backup uploads and restores are not metered. Accounts that sustain more than 40 TB of monthly transfer are moved to a fair-use schedule; we get in touch before that happens.
One agent installation. A laptop that backs up to two regions is still one machine. Containers on the same host share the host's licence.
Backups stop, data stays for 30 days, restores keep working the whole time. After 30 days the ciphertext is deleted and cannot be recovered.
Yes. Select RU Central as the only region in the job settings. Nothing is copied to EU regions unless a second region is explicitly enabled.
